At HCIMD, we operate as a cash-based clinic, providing high-quality, personalized care without the constraints of insurance coverage. This allows us to dedicate our time and attention to tailoring treatments to your unique needs.
Medications and Prescriptions: The cost of weight loss medications and prescriptions is not included in the consultation fees. These will be billed separately.
Testing: Laboratory tests, if required, are not included. Labs may be billed to your insurance by the collecting lab (e.g., LabCorp or Quest) if covered. If not, labs will be billed as self-pay.
